Our Systems :

1.Staff Training :

We provide regular training on child protection, including recognizing signs of abuse and understanding their responsibilities in safeguarding children.

2.Clear Reporting Mechanisms:

We have established clear and confidential reporting mechanisms for students, staff, and parents to raise concerns about child safety.
Our school Counsellors are trained to handle reports sensitively and take appropriate action.

3.Safe School Environment:

Our school premises are equipped with CCTV surveillance.
Regular safety audits and risk assessments are conducted to identify and address potential hazards.

4.Comprehensive Policies and Guidelines:

Our Child Protection Policy outlines the procedures for responding to suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
We have clear guidelines on appropriate staff-student interactions, ensuring that boundaries are maintained at all times.

5.Student Empowerment Programs:

We run programs and workshops that educate students about personal safety, digital safety, and their rights.

6.Parental Involvement and Communication:

We actively engage parents in our child safety efforts, providing them with resources and information on how to support their children’s safety.
Regular communication ensures that parents are aware of the school’s policies and any updates related to child safety.

7.Health and Wellness Support:

Our team of trained counsellors provide emotional and mental health support to students.
Our full time Nurse is available everyday to attend to the children.We also have a doctor who visits the school twice a week for checkups. We also have a tie up with the Nanavati Speciality Hospital for emergencies.
Our well-being programs focus on building resilience, self-esteem, and healthy relationships among students.
